Returns, Refunds & Exchange policy
Cancellation of purchase of Artworks/Products prior to shipping:
You are entitled to cancel your order within 2 calendar days or prior to the artwork being shipped (whichever is earlier) without giving any reason for doing so.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 15 days from the date of cancellation of an order prior to shipment. Refund of payment could be the same mode as you used for the order or any other suitable mode as per discussion and mutual agreement between you and the artist.
Return of Artworks/Products after delivery:
We do accept return or exchange of artwork/product. We understand that the artwork can look different in person compared to the online representation of the product. We strive to represent the artwork to you as best as we can, however, discrepancies in overall colour and texture of the artwork may vary. You may contact the artist to receive more photos or videos of the artwork prior to your purchase. Returns and exchanges are done on a case by case basis.
Conditions for returns:
The following artworks/products will be eligible for return:
- Any damaged/defective artwork/product caused during shipping (please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged during shipping or if you have received the wrong item so that we can inspect the situation as soon as possible and assist you accordingly).
- No damage to the artwork after delivery
- Artwork/products retained in the original packaging
The following artworks/products cannot be returned:
- Commission works or any other customized artwork/product
- Artworks/products damaged after delivery
- Artwork/products removed from the original packaging
- Items on sale or gift cards
To start a return, please contact us at prithartworks@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, the artist will send you the address for the return. Artworks sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method or any other suitable payment method acceptable to both parties. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Exchange of Artwork/Product:
Exchange of artwork/product is possible. This can be done by first returning the first artwork (please refer to return policy above), and then making a separate purchase for the new item.
