Shipping Policy
- 1. All artworks/products will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase. In case of any delays due to the artist's travel or any other unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you and also provide the next soonest possible date of dispatch of the artwork/product.
- 2. All artworks will be shipped via DHL express unless stated otherwise. We prefer to use a reputed carrier such as DHL express to ensure that the artwork is delivered to the buyer in excellent condition without delay. However, if you would like to use any other lesser expensive carrier, such arrangements can be made. In this situation, please contact us prior to the purchase so that shipment charges can be paid separately.
- 3. If you are not able to find an option for shipment during checkout (i.e. if your country is not in the list), no worries. Please contact us and arrangements can be made for shipment.
- 4. Please note that shipping and handling times will vary by location. If you would like to check on the shipping time for your location, please get in touch with us.
- 5. If you provided with an incorrect or incomplete address upon checkout, please notify us as soon as possible at prithaartworks@gmail.com. This includes out-of-date addresses as well. If you fail to notify us of an address change prior to the shipment of your order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original package is returned to us and the additional shipping costs have been received, we will reship your order.
- 6. International orders may also be subject to additional duties and taxes. Kindly note that these fees are not included in the prices listed on our website, and you will need to cover them.
