Painting of red carnations. Red carnations, with their vibrant hue and delicate petals, have long been one of my favorite flowers to paint. I used bold, expressive brushstrokes in this painting with the intention to evoke a visceral response in the viewer, inviting them to experience the beauty of the carnations in all its glory. This painting can be hung in a corner or kept on a desk as well. It will look beautiful with a broader circular wooden frame.
The painting is done on a wooden panel primed with acrylic gesso. The painting will be shipped without a frame, unless requested.
